PRODUCT

All our fresh pasta boxes include everything you need to prepare the dish in question, from fresh pasta, sauce & garnish to simple, step-by-step instruction card.

For example, if you choose to try our Chitarra with Confit Tomato, Anchovy, Chilli's, Garlic & Ricotta Salata you'll receive a portion of our freshly made Chitarra, the accompanying sauce, cheese to serve, and our handy instruction card that will help you prepare your dish in 5 minutes or less. All you need to supply is the boiling water

You can find a list of allergens for each fresh pasta dish in the ingredient section for each dish.

If you have any concerns about an allergy, please contact us at customersupport@sugopasta.co.uk ahead of ordering your fresh pasta dishes for further information.

As long as you can supply the boiling water and spare 3-5 minutes, you're all set! Your fresh pasta will take 2-4 minutes to cook and your accompanying sauce only needs a couple of minutes to be heated through in a pan until steaming. 

Each of our fresh pasta dishes will also come with garnishes, as well as a menu card which provides more detailed instructions on how to cook each dish.

You'll also be able to download a digital copy of your menu card by visiting the product page for each dish.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten free pasta on our menu.

Yes, we currently offer 2 vegan dishes on the menu.

It may have expired. Many discount codes automatically expire after a certain time when an offer has ended.

Each of your fresh pasta dishes in your Sugo at Home delivery will have a use by date on. We recommend cooking your dish within 2 days of delivery.

In order to maintain integrity of our product, we do not recommend freezing.

We recommend keeping your Sugo at Home order refrigerated.

Each dish will serve one person.

COURIER INFORMATION

We are now delivering Sugo at Home nationwide. We are unable to deliver to the Highlands and Islands at the moment, but we are currently working on a solution to start offering delivery in these areas.

We're currently working with a 2 day delivery window. As each of our Sugo at Home boxes are made to order, this ensure our team of chefs can lovingly prepare your restaurant-quality pasta box.

If a part of your Sugo at Home order is missing, please get in touch with our team with your order number and we'll do our best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible. You can reach us by email at customersupport@sugopasta.co.uk.

We work closely with our delivery partner to ensure each of our fresh pasta boxes is delivered on time. If your Sugo at Home box has not been delivered to your designated address by 8pm on the delivery day you selected, please let us know.

My box is open/damaged: If your Sugo at Home order arrives open or damaged please get in touch with our team with your order number and we'll get this sorted for you as soon as possible. You can contact us by emailing customersupport@sugopasta.co.uk.

I'm missing an item: If your Sugo at Home box is missing anything please get in touch with our team with your order number and we'll get this sorted for you as soon as possible. You can contact us by emailing customersupport@sugopasta.co.uk.

My menu card is missing: You can download a digital copy of your menu card by visiting the product page for your dish.

Please contact us with ample notice at customersupport@sugopasta.co.uk and we’ll try our best to change your address ahead of your scheduled delivery.

If this occurs, please contact customer support at your earliest convenience.

You will receive an email confirmation or a text from DPD on the morning of your scheduled delivery with details on your hour delivery slot.

You will be given the option to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour by DPD on the morning of your delivery.
