    VEGAN Rigatoni with San Marzano and Fresh Baby Plum Tomato Sugo

    San Marzano tomatoes originating from Campania region, famous for their sweet taste. The perfect ingredient for a tomato sugo.

    INGREDIENTS

    Flour, Semolina, Tomato, Garlic, Extra virgin olive oil.

    AllergensCereals Containing Gluten, Soya.

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    Step 1: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.

    Step 2: Cut open the bag of Sugo sauce and empty into small pot or pan and put on low heat to simmer.

    Step 3: Boil the Rigatoni for 2-3 minutes depending on how al dente you wish to have it.

    Step 4: Once pasta is cooked, strain and add it to the simmering Sugo along with some of the pasta water (2tbsp helps to emulsify the sauce). 

    Step 5: Mix the pasta with the sauce and place back on the heat for 30 seconds.

    Step 6: Plate up the dish.

    TIPS: Remember to save some pasta water as this will help you loosen up your sauce if it starts to dry.
